Discipline #2 launch
Discipline is undoubtedly one of Australia's most exciting contemporary art publications and they are launching their second issue tomorrow, Friday 18 May 2012, at The Sporting Club Hotel: 57 Weston Street, Brunswick, VIC. Those in Melbourne should surely head along, grab a copy, and celebrate an exciting young art publication.
Issue two is edited by Nicholas Croggon and Helen Hughes, and contains contributions by John Berger, John Bevis, Maria Fusco, David Homewood, Helen Johnson, Nikos Papastergiadis, Francis Plagne, Steve Salisbury, Kate Warren, Vivian Ziherl, and many more! You can expect to find things about the art work of A Constructed World, Bianca Hester, Christopher LG Hill, Matt Hinkley, Yukultji Napangati, Rongsolo, and many more! Topics addressed by writers include animals, architecture, contemporary art, dinosaurs, the dreaming, history, love, realities, time, and so on.
