FYI, Sydney-based artist Mary MacDougall has just moved her picture mound from Wordpress to Blogspot.

The site has been given a makeover by Bababa International's Stephen Russell and is looking sleeker than ever at it's new home.
Picture Mound is really worth checking out. Mary selects photographs from the Guardian news website and recontextualises them on her mound, subtly creating new relations between images, people and world events. The results are new visual statements that aim 'to draw attention to unexpected commonalities.'
The mound is beautiful, surprising, at times shocking, but always worth visiting.
