[__SCREENERY__] / love among the ruins

Two shows opening this week worth checking out.

Firstly,

Oliver van der Lugt's first solo exhibition in Australia is opening at TCB this Wednesday 8 May 2013, from 18-20h. The gallery is located at Level 1/12 Waratah Place, Melbourne, VIC 3000 AU.

The show is titled [__SCREENERY__] and runs through Saturday 25 May 2013. Gallery hours are Wednesday to Saturday 12-18h.

“Change of Screenery: When one moves from their computer to their television (or vice versa) usually due to boredom.” (via urbandictionary.com).

...

Secondly,

John Ward Knox's solo exhibition love among the ruins opens at Ferari this Saturday 11 May 2013, from 17-20h.

The gallery is located at 66 Crummer Rd, Grey Lynn, Auckland 1021 NZ and the show runs through Saturday 25 May 2013. Gallery hours are Friday and Saturday 11-17h, or by appointment.

In love among the ruins a categorical methodology is imbued with a thoroughly human perspective.
